Stroke start with an ignored sign, saved with surgeries and fixed with medicines and rehabilitation. Needless to say, it is common that survivor had wished that they died rather than to survive the impact of brain stroke.
When you wake up in the morning, you have to be prepared for a tiring rehabilitation, then fill your stomach with food so that you can eat your prescribed medicines. And this not only happens for a day, it keeps on repeating for months and years now.
However, without you realize, there’s something else we do on a daily basis that possibly as powerful as rehabilitation and medicines to recover from the impact of strokes and in preventing recurrent strokes. Except that we do it as the essence of life and not forcefully. That is eating!

However, bad food is not only limited to the bad fats, sugar, and salt, it can be extended to food with adverse side effect too. This is particularly important if you are currently under the prescription of any medicines. While medicines didn’t necessarily will react with another medicine, the food did.
Not only food reacts with medicines adversely and causes allergic, some can even cause more alarming effects. Therefore, a balanced diet and not overdoing it is as important in curbing the adverse effect of food.

A good food will boost our body metabolism and immune, as well as promote a healthy digestive system. And foremost, can be a comfort and healing.
